June - Denise Rivera

Denise loves puzzles and learning to crochet.

"Due to her hard work Denise has lost 8 lbs in her first six weeks with us and, even better yet, 6" including 2" off her waist and 2" off her hips! She lost almost 11 lbs of pure fat and put on almost 3 lbs of muscle" says Ruben, her Fitness Consultant.

"Denise never misses an appointment, she is always here early to get in her extra cardio, she never complains and always gives it her all. She is also very open to the nutrional adivice we give and is always making improvements. I am so proud of her progress."

"I am more energetic and feel I can take on new challenges presented to me" says Denise. "I keep a log of what I eat daily which helps me keep control of my eating. Working out with my trainer Ruben has helped me enjoy exercising. He knows when to push me to get the most out of workout session."

May - Nicole Sanchez

Nicole is a very active client she loves going on walks with her baby and boyfriend as well as hikes with her dog. Nicole trully loves working out and it shows! She also enjoys reading when she gets a spare moment.

"Due to her hard work Nicole has lost 6 lbs in her first six weeks with us and even better yet 4.5" including 1.5" off her waist!" Says GG her Fitness Consultant. "Nicole is one of my hardest working clients, she pushes herself each and every time, always giving 110%. She rarely misses and appointment and really loves working out. She is such a pleasure to work with, I would love 20 more of her!"

"I have much more energy to get out the door!" says Nicole. "I am watching what I eat again and feel liking I am getting back to the old self before the baby. My core feels so much stronger again and I have toned up alot."

April - Rhonda Longwith

After her husband won last month Rhonda was so jealous that she really kicked her effort up a notch!

"Due to her perseverance Rhonda is averaging 1-2 pounds per week." Says GG her Fitness Consultant. "Rhonda is one of our most consistent clients she comes in three times a week and rarely misses an appointment and that consistency is paying off. A little competition from her husband doesn't hurt either."

"I love the environment! Trainers are friendly yet motivating. I'm amazed that I am doing it and how much it is benefiting me. I have been taking it slow, I am 62 yrs old, but I am dedicated to making this a lifestyle change. I have lost 27 pounds and a total of almost 25in, 10 in off my hips alone. My doctor was shocked because my cholesterol went down 65 points! My only complaint is that I need to take all of my clothes in, they don't fit anymore!"


March - Cecil Longwith

Cecil decided to start taking control of his health at 72 yrs old! He has type 2 Diabetes and felt his health was spiraling out of control. GG, his Fitness Consultant says "Cecil has a long way to go to reach his goal weight, but he pushes himself each and every workout and always comes in early to do extra cardio.

His balance has improved drastically. When he came to us he had very limited core muscles, but we work consistently at it each week and he is loving the progress. We have to go a little slower with him because of his age, but I love working with him and I am so proud of him."

Cecil says "My big belly is slowly melting away. My legs, arms, really my whole body feels better. I love the trainers, they help me with my diet as well. I don't have to hold the rail on stairs anymore, my balance is so much better! I love Fitness Together."
