Brianne has recently moved back from Roanoke, VA where she attended Roanoke College and received a degree in Psychology and Human Resources. She has been an athlete since high school where she played volleyball and basketball. Brianne still lives a very active lifestyle with hobbies such as hiking, training, yoga, spinning, and horseback riding.
She found her love of training and nutrition in Virginia while preparing for her first fitness show. She is not only focused on getting you back in shape, but healing the mind as well. She enjoys the wonderful experience of peace and continued health that comes with a daily commitment to health and fitness. Always the student, she is continuially learning new ways to challenge the body. Yet she is constantly surprised by what the body is capable of. She also loves to see clients surprise themselves as they meet new challenges.
Lynne Bryan
Fitness Consultant
Lynne is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE) as well as certifications from APEX and EFTI. She has trained people of all ages and fitness levels. She specializes in core strength and stabilization, the correction of postural imbalances, and weight loss.
Her experience as a former massage therapist and physical therapy aide lends her a unique perspective on fitness. In addition to helping clients reach their individual goals, she designs personal programs to reduce muscular tension, and improve client's posture and balance.
As a former competitive swimmer, runner, gymnast and dancer, Lynne believes fitness can be fun for people from all walks of life.
