Our fitness consultants follow the proven Fitness Together strength training system with our clients. This proven "system" incorporates seven phases of training which take into account each client's goals, medical history, injury status and abilities. We focus on developing core strength by incorporating core training right from the start.
The benefit of this system is that we are able to safely and effectively progress any person towards his or her ultimate goal. We never use "cookie cutter" routines because our fitness consultants have the expertise to create a tailored approach for each client. Does it make sense for a 62 year old woman with sedentary lifestyle to do the same exercises that the 20-something ex-football player is doing? We don't think so either.
